After completed Msc psychology from Preston University Islamabad, then I completed my Post Magisterial diploma (PMDCP) from ICP Karachi in 2011.I have enrolled in PIMS hospital as an internee, to build my skills as a psychologist for 3 months. Provided outpatient therapy sessions and Psychological assessment including IQ, personality, ADHD, LD, MR/DD etc.
I have done as Clinical Psychologist and Addiction Therapist in Nishan drug rehab Islamabad. I have been providing counseling and psycho therapeutic sessions to patient through observation and assessment, individual and group psychotherapy. • Interviewed clients and families to identify their psychological needs and provide accurate diagnosis. Counseled with patients to overcome their emotional disorders, including self-esteem and anger management etc.
Worked in Emaan Clinic, a center for the rehabilitation of drug addicts and psychological patients,( work description is taking session , family session , group therapies) Guide the addicts back towards recovery and a sober life .Counseled patients and medical employees who suffer from Psychological conditions.
Currently working with NAI ROSHNI REHABILITATION CENTER for females with the same above goals including awareness session , family counselling, marital counselling, follow up and after care session program ( chemical & non Chemical Addiction). Dedicated to serving patients in a meaningful way, listening to their concerns, and helping them learn how to approach their mental, emotional, and behavioral problems.
To apply my skills and expertise in diagnosing, handling, counseling, and providing support to patients who are going through emotional, intra-and inter-personal, and psychological struggles.
